Peter Insam studied English and Art History at the Universities Munich and Regensburg, Germany. 1973 he established Antikhaus Insam an Antique and Fine Art Store and founded the Important European Golf Museum in Regensburg, Germany 1996.

1986 Peter Insam started to sell his comprehensive and exclusive golf collection and created the online shop www.golf-antiques.com 2004.
